History

On the 18th of December 1995, the late Ps Josevata(joe) Rokobatini was at Punchbowl Christian Fellowship when he heard the audible voice of the Lord calling him to plant a church in Campbelltown.  Without even knowing where Campbelltown was, he started a house church in the home of Mrs Belenivono Von Tunzelman in Macquarie Fields and this fellowship has been ministering in the Campbelltown area ever since, with a passion for the local community.

Over the years, we have run numerous community activities, including soup kitchens with, Friday Youth nights with sausage sizzles, Christmas Carols partnering with local services such as the Salvation Army, Macquarie Fields Police, & Mallie Rose Cottage of the Seventh day Adventist.

Food Deliveries and transport for the elderly in our community.

Emerging from the Covid lockdowns with a fresh passion and vision, we are now called Gracefield Outreach Ministry and are still driven by this same love for the Campbelltown community.

On January 15th, 2022, Ps Josevata(joe) Rokobatini passed away peacefully at his home in Ingleburn. Following his passing, his dear wife, Ps Sotiana Tiko Rokobatini, embraced the challenge of leading the church at Gracefield while continuing her work at Mission Australia.

In December 2024, Ps Sotiana retired from her position as Leisure & Lifestyle Officer at Mission Australia.

On March 1st, 2026, Ps Sotiana confirmed that she had heard from God and recognised it was time to pass on the leadership to her son-in-law, Ps Aisake (zaac) Raikabula, and his wife her eldest daughter, Selai Raikabula, who now serve as lead Pastors at Gracefield.

About Us
